Can we split payments?
Yes. Typically 40% upfront, 40% at v1 delivery and 20% at launch. Retainers are invoiced monthly.
What if I need something outside the package?
During the audit we define the exact scope. If something new pops up we quote it separately or fold it into the monthly plan.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes for Spanish clients. For EU clients with VAT ID we use reverse charge. Outside the EU it's VAT exempt.
Is there a minimum commitment for retainers?
No long-term lock-in. Just let me know 15 days in advance if you need to pause or cancel.
